Dr. Tyler J Blackwelder, PT, DPT
Blackwelder founded Physio One in 2012 in hopes of changing the standard of physical therapy in the Inland Northwest. He is a Doctor of Physical Therapy as well as a Certified Golf and Fitness Medical Professional with Titleist. Blackwelder participates in NFL, NHL, NBA, and PGA concierge treatment and injury prevention while also providing medical coverage seasonally for some of the nation's best athletes. He is also one of the physical therapists for Discovery Land Company and their Gozzer Ranch property.
Dr. Caleb Foss, PT, DPT
Dr. Foss grew up in Sandpoint, ID and graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2013 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Caleb has experience in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions including work and sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, and degenerative and chronic conditions. He is also a Certified Worker's Compensation Healthcare Provider.
Caleb has always been very involved in sports. He was a competitive freestyle skier for 8 years and worked as a wakeboard/waterski coach for 5 years. He is still very active in both of these disciplines and is the director of Jam 4 Cans, which hosts winer ski and snowboard competitions to raise money and collect food for local food banks.
Caleb and his wife Calista currently live in Post Falls, ID with their son Reef and daughter Emery. When not working, they can generally be found at one of the local lakes during the winter
Dr. Marie Klosterman, PT, DPT
Marie Klosterman grew up in Dallas, TX and graduated from UT Southwestern Medical Center in 2017 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Marie has experience treating orthopedic conditions in the pediatric and adult populations. Marie’s passion is in orthopedic manual therapy and pilates-based rehab, utilizing research based techniques to restore your level of function. While in Dallas, Marie spent time volunteering with Special Olympics and Wounded Warriors, and will continue her passion for community outreach here in Idaho. While not working, Marie enjoys all things active and can usually be found on the lake or on the mountain. Marie loves skiing, hiking, and exploring her new home in the Pacific Northwest, in addition to spending time with her family and her mountain dog, Bodie.
Tricia Mack, PT, MPT
Trish Mack received her Masters of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University (EWU) in 1998. She became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in 2002 and a Certified Manual Physical Therapist through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy in 2005. She has worked in the orthopedic outpatient setting in Spokane, Washington for the past 19 years. She has worked in Sports Medicine for the past 8 years and specializes in runners, triathletes and athletes of all ages from multiple sports. She is trained in and performs video tape gait and movement analysis to highlight biomechanical abnormalities in order to identify the root of the injury, to prevent further injuries and to improve performance.
She also performs Bike Fit Screens and is certified Silver level BikeFit PT.
She believes in the power of an eclectic approach to each client and the athlete, and often works with other practitioners in other fields of practice for a complete and comprehensive rehabilitation plan of care.
Trish also teaches Functional Anatomy for yoga instructor training at the Hawaii School of Yoga and plans to teach here locally as well.
When she is not working as a PT, you can find her outdoors cycling, mountain biking, hiking, running, cross country skiing, skiing, snowshoeing, swimming, on her SUP board, doing Yoga, or spending time with her friends and family.
