John Troppman

2 years ago at the age of 58, I showed up at Physio-One in a walking boot with a torn Achilles tendon, thinking that my running days were over.  I had been to other physical therapists but I was intrigued with Tyler's sports performance background and the Alter G, Anti-Gravity treadmill.  From the outset, I liked Tyler's aggressive approach to rehab and his philosophy of putting stress on an injury instead of the traditional passive modalities.
I believe using the Alter G reduced my rehab time by at least 50%.  It still has been a long road to recovery, but since that day 2 years ago, I have won 6 age-group divisions in triathlons and SUP races.  I call the Alter G my "time machine" as it allows me to run pain free and feel like I'm 20 again.  Thanks for everything Tyler!
